Training clothes
when we train in the club, we use regular gym clothes like T-shirts, pants and indoor shoes that do not leave marks on the floor. Sometimes you may need a thicker sweater to keep warm. We also recommend that you bring a water bottle if you get thirsty
Good to remember
make sure to eat well in advance of the training, and a visit to the bathroom so you can concentrate on your workout better. Come to the training hall before the workout begins, so you have time to change clothes before the class starts.
